Nick and Nicole were a great team to have from start to finish. They have provided us with not only earlier access to moving into our new home but have gone over and beyond their call of duty. Their professional, courteous and friendly services made our new purchase experience better than we've had in the past with other builders. They are exemplary members of the David Weekly team!! We were able to find a David Weekly home that was complete & ready to move in. The expertise from the builder & sales team was phenomenal. We previously toured the models with Nicole & she remembered us from 2 years ago. Meeting our builder Drake gave us confidence & answers to all our questions. We LOVE our new home!

Once we arrived at the quick-move-in at The Lakes at Grantham , my wife and I knew this was the one. The quality of the build, the fabulous layout, the incredible location all made the decision to purchase easy. At the end of the day it is the people though: The incredible efforts of Chandra and Eric allowed us to close on this new home 12 days after we 1st entered the front door. Post sale, the incredible support of the team, now adding Kyle to the team is equally impressive. We will be recommending David Weekley to all our friends. Thanks for everything ! --- Tim & Michelle
