Jeannie was wonderful helping us find the right lot and the things we wanted in the structure choices. She was a great help in many areas. Jeff has gone above and beyond taking care of all concerns we have had through the building of our home… And keeping us informed and updated. He has truly made this whole experience easier on us. They both are very much appreciated for all their hard work. We are grateful!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Impressed I recently had the pleasure of working with Sy Stone and Eric Weekly, and frankly I couldn't be happier. Both of these guys are what made the process enjoyable. Communication was excellent, and accommodations to our requests were Impressive. If I was going to do it all over again.. I don't know that I would want to do it without these 2 at David Weekley.

By the end I learned that I should have hired my own (architect, designer, and even project manager) I thought going with a builder takes care of all of this, unfortunately many things were missed and could have been done better. At the end I had to adjust my expectations and live with it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My forever home From the time I drove into Escondido I knew I was home. I loved the model home and next thing Kristi was writing the contract. The entire process went very smoothly. I love my new home. It is everything I knew it would be.

Some of the restrooms like the one in the master bathroom are extremely narrow, especially for people above 6 feet tall. We have experienced crackling sound coming from the registers, while heating the house. This should not have happened. Poor design, cheap design? We have arranged for air specialists to come to our home and remedy this situation, but to no avail. We still have the same problem.
