New Home Build

My husband and I owned a David Weekley home back in Texas for over 20years. We were so impressed with our Texas home that when we moved to Colorado recently we came across another new build by David Weekley. We have loved every part of the process in purchasing this new property. Our sales rep, Blythe, was personable, knowledgeble, and helpful. Our builder Scott, built our home with quality and integrity. The whole David Weekley team has been professional, communicative, and really fun to work with. We felt they have always been honest and transparent from start to finish. They stand by their word. We love everything about David Weekley homes. They take care of you, easy to work with, and build a great and lasting home. We highly recommend David Weekley homes!!!

David Weekley Homes in Revel Crossing

When shopping for a new home in Wolf Ranch, I went to two other builders before David Weekley and was met with sales people with condescending attitudes. From the first time I met Aubrey Magro she was interested in helping me get what I wanted and made the process very easy for me even though I was still living in Florida. Connor Mocalkins, the Lead Builder on my house has just been the best. He takes great pride in job and has been so helpful and professional. I enjoyed the weekly calls from Aubrey and Connor keeping me informed of the progress with my house and getting pictures each week. After closing on my house, Connor has continued to be available to answer any questions or assist me if needed. Leo Collins has also been very nice and helpful with a couple minor adjustments I requested. I feel very fortunate to have had a great team helping me with my relocation to Colorado from Florida.

Great home, great experience

Our experience with buying a home from David Weekley was exceptional. This is the second home we've purchased, but the first new build. We were a little worried about buying a new build, but that quickly subsided when the builder - Eugene - walked us through the process and showed us homes in various stages of the build. He explained everything to us. Truly, he sold the home. Not to take away from Jeff, who also took great care of us and treated us like family from day one. He was our biggest advocate at David Weekley and ensured we were treated fairly every step of the way. Everyone on the team did excelled in their respective roles to ensure we closed on time. We were coming from serving overseas and staying in a hotel, which made closing on time our top priority. Thank you to everyone at the team for everything. We are so happy to call one of your houses our home!

Mountain home

We purchased an already completed unit. The process of finance, title, closing was easy and smooth. Everyone was very helpful, kept us up to date and gave honest and impartial advice. Thank you Robyn , Brian and the team.
