Dream Home Building/Buying Experience!

This was my first home-buying experience, and the team at David Weekley Homes could not have made the process feel more seamless, reassuring, or enjoyable. Professionally, I spend my days reading between the lines, reviewing data, identifying patterns, and anticipating errors; so I fully expected to be working overtime throughout this process to ensure everything met my standards. Instead, from the very beginning, I felt completely supported and confident in the team. From the moment I met Kim, she was friendly, bubbly, and a true breath of fresh air. She reminded me that this process can actually be fun, something to celebrate and enjoy, not just manage. Jake and his team were equally exceptional. Their dedication to excellence, attention to detail, and genuine friendliness made me feel at home long before I was handed the keys. Jake's knowledge, oversight, and hands-on involvement were especially impressive. By the time my final walkthrough arrived, I came prepare, based on advice from others, to flag multiple issues. Instead, I found a home completed to such a high standard that being "picky" felt more like fine-tuning than problem solving. Any questions or minor items I raised were welcomed, never dismissed, and handled with care. The entire experience felt as though I was purchasing a multi-million dollar home. This team represents David Weekley Homes with true class and professionalism. And after recently meeting April, it's clear this group operates with real synergy. Closing day and Kim picked out the most beautifully curated welcome home package. I cannot recommend David Weekley Homes highly enough. This team exceeded every expectation, and I will confidently recommend them to anyone considering building a home.

Quality, Communication & Care Start to Finish

We had an outstanding experience with our home building team from start to finish. Building a home can feel overwhelming, but this team made the entire process smooth, organized, and genuinely enjoyable. From day one, Kristi Underwood, our Senior Sales Consultant, was incredible. She was knowledgeable, patient, and truly listened to what we wanted. She guided us through every option with honesty and clarity, making sure we felt confident in every decision. John Mayfield, our Senior Builder, delivered exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail. His professionalism and commitment to quality were evident at every stage of construction. He kept us informed throughout the build and made sure everything was done right. Working with Nina Kelly, our Designer, was such a fun and inspiring experience. She helped bring our vision to life with thoughtful suggestions and a great eye for detail. Her expertise made the design process feel easy and exciting rather than overwhelming. Even after we moved in, Holly Gampa, the Warranty Service Manager, has been fantastic. She has been responsive, helpful, and committed to ensuring everything in our home continues to meet the highest standards. It's clear that their care doesn't stop once the build is complete. This team didn't just build a house - they built our home. The finished product exceeded our expectations in both design and functionality, and we couldn't be happier. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy, skilled, and truly dedicated home building team.

Great Home builder

The entire experience was terrific. Kristy is the most fantastic person, and she is truly the reason why we chose David Weekly as our builder. Her professionalism and knowledge helped us choose the right home with the correct specs. John was also perfect. They both provided weekly updates, answered all our questions, and delivered a truly remarkable home. Our final blue tape only had fewer than 7 items to fix, and everything was completed promptly. This is my fifth time building a house, and I sincerely appreciate the great results and craftsmanship. Kristy and John are the best.

Simply amazing. Dave Bilfer and Tyler (Builder) were simply awesome. Thus the reason we would buy a David Weekly home over and over again. Steve from Accrisure was fantastic as well. You have a customer for life. We should be your salesman, we have told ALL family and friends to buy a David weekly home. They will not be disappointed.

Our experience was excellent from start to finish. Our sales person, Susan, was professional, warm and engaging, gave us information obviously from a wealth of experience. She answered every question and then gave us great guidance as we narrowed down our search. Made the sales gathering of information seem easy. She is the kind of salesperson any sales team should have. I know because I have been in sales for 40 years.
