Rated 4 out of 5 by from Ellis Review We recently purchased a new home, and our experience with Mr. Kirk, our salesman, was outstanding. Even when we considered other options, Mr. Kirk treated my wife and me wonderfully throughout the entire process. He was incredibly patient and accommodating, no matter how many times we called or asked to stop by—he always made time for us. We visited the same house countless times before deciding, and Mr. Kirk remained supportive the whole way. While we absolutely love our home, we wish David Weekley Homes hadn't cut corners in a few areas. The doors feel somewhat cheap, and the paint work on the wall seems thin. Also, the garage isn’t large enough for my truck to fit comfortably alongside other vehicles, though we can at least use one spot. The floor plan is nice, but there’s definitely room for improvement. That said, the warranty team has been fantastic. We had a few repairs needed, and they’ve been prompt and thorough in addressing them. Overall, we’ve had a positive experience and would definitely recommend David Weekley Homes and our great salesman Mr. Kirk Ricketts.

THEY WERE BOTH VERY ATTENTIVE, PROFESSIONAL, RESPECTFUL & GUIDED US THROUGHOUT OUR HOME BUILDING PROCESS. CALEB MADE SURE OUR HOME WAS PRECISELY BUILT WITH ALL SPECS, DETAILS WERE CATERED TO. CALEB MADE SURE ALL OUR CONCERNS WERE ADDRESSED, HE ENSURED OUR INSPECTION REPORT CONCERNS WERE ABATED. I AM GRATEFUL I WAS ABLE TO GET A TOTALLY DEDICATED HARDWORKING PROFESSIONAL. Because of the competency of our builder Tony and the exceptional communication from both Tony and Jamie we felt confident and comfortable in building our new home from 550 miles away and never worried that it wasn’t built to the highest standards. Their attention to details blew us away and the final product proved that our confidence was well placed! We love our gorgeous new home!!
