Working with Mike Law has been extremely easy and his attention to detail rivals my own. There were several instances where he identified an issue before we did. I like that quality in a builder.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Building Experience I worked with Jamie Cohen and Ethan Southard from Upstate NY for most of my home building process. Ethan Southard is phenomenal…such a talented young man and so personable, as I was doing this alone after losing my husband. His attention to detail, his integrity and wanting it to be done right made my trust in him not raver. Always answered my questions in a timely matter and did everything he said he would do on a weekly basis. Kept me updated with pictures and phone calls weekly. Jamie also was equally professional and did all that he said he would do during the entirety of the construction process. He kept me updated and informed on all stages with calls and pictures . Both men are an asset to the David Weekly Team and made my building experience extremely satisfying and rewarding.

Admittingly, we are not the easiest folks to deal with, but everyone went above and beyond to get us to the end. This was our fourth and hopefully final build. And this was by the far the best managed and the best product.

I found exactly what I was looking for. The entire process went very smoothly. The construction manager Mike delivered a top quality product. My Design Center consultant Brittany was very helpful in putting together a beautiful home. When my original Sales Consultant was transferred to another location, the onsite Sales Consultant Marcia jumped in and took great care of me. Every single one of these people were very professional, helpful, and regularly sought out my feedback with their goal of me having an outstanding experience and they all delivered. I couldn’t be happier with my new home!
