Project manager is great as well and did the quality work. Only thing concerning is the false promises/verbal confirmations with out the proper knowledge.

From start to finish, the communication was outstanding! All our questions, big or small, were answered immediately or even before we thought to ask. We were blown away at the high attention to detail and personal care we received every step of the way. We are loving #livingweekly in our dream home and cannot thank Shelby, Patrick, Karen and the entire David Weekley team enough for making our dreams come true!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A Positive Experience The people (especially Shelby Hooker, Patrick Laganke and Tracy Riordan), the place...everything is absolutely perfect for Katie & myself. There "were" some trials and tribulations with the process (the lot selection, the home selection restrictions, and semi-custom build restrictions). The biggest setback was that Shelby Hooker was dismissed prior to our moving into the home.

Great location. The home is well built. Independent home inspection found minor issues which were corrected immediately by project builder. Additionally, project builder provided a very thorough home orientation. Similarly, the warranty service representative presented a very thorough explanation of what is covered, maintenance and emergency services, and necessary contacts.
