David Weekley Homes, the third largest privately-owned, single-family Home Builder in the U.S., has announced the opening of its Build on Your Lot Model Center in Northern San Antonio. The center is designed to provide homebuyers with a comprehensive one-stop site to fulfill the homebuilding needs of buyers looking to buy a lot outside of a traditional community or build a home on a lot they already own. Here, homebuyers are able to browse model homes, make decorating selections, and learn more about Weekley's Hill Country living options.

The Model Center consists of two Idea Homes, including a map room of the Central Texas Hill Country so that homebuyers may choose the perfect location to fit their needs. The homes also house a Build on Your Lot Sales Center. The Idea Homes allow customers to view the latest in trends, features and home designs. Walking through the Idea Homes, homebuyers are able to see how David Weekley Homes' designs become buyer's dream homes.

Rounding out the experience is a Design Center where buyers may select from thousands of options to personalize their home. In total, the Center occupies more than 11,000 square feet and is designed to service the needs of customers from start to finish.
