I started researching the area as to where I would like to live and did a deep dive into finding out the best builders as well as the best builders for my investment dollars in the area. Over a period of about six months, I decided on David Weekley Homes. The main decision maker for me was the quality and style of homes they built. Once I signed my presale contract, it only took about 3-1/2 months to build my house. Lisa, my DWH sales agent and Parker, my assigned builder were fabulous to work with. They kept me posted and informed on the progress throughout the process. Lisa was great in keeping me informed with regular communication as to when my appointments and deadlines were, which was so helpful because my previous residence was out of state. Lisa was always hospitable and a great communicator and made herself available even after hours at times. Parker was very thorough and always wanted to make sure that I understood what each meeting was for and was great about explaining each phase as things progressed. I am grateful for a positive building experience largely because Lisa and Parker strive for making owners happy with personal representation. Thank you Lisa and Parker. Rated 5 out of 5 by from New Home Sweet Home Words cannot begin to describe the appreciation and gratitude we feel to have had Chuck and Lisa building and overseeing our new Serenity home. When you live close to 400 miles away from your new home, you place your trust in the builder and sales person. Our trust was well founded. Lisa was our eyes since we couldn’t be here in person. The pictures loaded into our personal portal were also invaluable. Chuck and Lisa were both patient and informative in not only our new home, but also answered questioned regarding our new surroundings and businesses.

Everyone was professional and always exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend the DW team at Encore in Chatham Park. A special shout out to Jordan Riggsbee, who always went above and beyond for us.
