I bought an already finished home which I feel was done very nicely. The process went well with the representative Robert Piprich help. He answered questions promptly and got back to me with results quickly. He was truly amazing and made this experience great!!

Brixton Park has an A-Team

I have rarely been so impressed with the quality of work and professionalism exhibited by a team as I was with the team here at Brixton Park. My wife and I met with several different builders here in Utah valley and in Washington county near St. George, and even more sales agents depending on the location. We visited many model homes, and talked about pricing, design options, and lot locations with most of them. My take away, that David Weekley is in a class of their own. This is the first time we have ever built a home, and our friends sincerely told us to make sure we prioritize our marriage over the house because they may not both survive the home building experience. But I want to say thank you for building a team as competent and trustworthy as the folks you have working in Brixton Park. We started the building process with more than one builder, including selecting the lot, floor plan, and design options. But we felt 10x more comfortable whenever we interacted with Tracy Jensen or David Overman. People may not always be able to immediately put their finger on it, but they can eventually tell when someone is being up front and honest with them. And Dave and Tracy managed to do that in spades. I was never left wondering about the tradesmen workmanship or if they were going to do what they said. And as someone who works professionally in risk management, that quality and knowing they had the skill set and ability to make it happen was worth more to me than choosing the bigger floor plan across the way for the lower price from another builder that did not convey that quality. So I am happy to let you know how grateful I am that you put together a team like that here in Brixton Park. And not only did my marriage survive the odyssey of building a home, we are sincerely thrilled with the end product. And feel truly grateful for this beautiful home your team has built for us.

We never expected building a home could be so effortless. Our home was ready to move in in under 4 months from our hole being dug out. Our salesperson and builder were amazing. Our designer was knowledgeable and took time with us to make our home seem very custom-made for us. David Weekly provided great choices on interior materials and amazing upgrade possibilities. We love our new home!
