New home in Sarasota.

This was the first time I had ever heard about David Weekly homes, but I did my research and found nothing but positive feedback about the company coming into the buying experience and I must say they delivered on every aspect throughout and validated their reputation.

Beyond expectations

Our team here at Harvest Trails has been beyond phenomenal! Our builder, Nick, is second to none! He went above and beyond throughout the entire process and was very communicative all along the way. This is about the 4th or 5th house that we've built and this has been by far the best experience. Aaron, our sales rep was also great throughout the process. We were buying from out of state and he was very helpful as our point of contact during the process. Overall, we couldn't have anticipated a better experience! Keep up the great work!!

Excellence, Efficiency, Quality

This was an amazing experience start to finish. Everything went smoothly and we went from choosing the house to closing in one month. This is an amazing neighborhood and we are lucky to be here! Highly recommended from this military family.

We love our home and the David Weekly Team!

Our home was pretty much built when we went under contract, but it was obvious how much care and consideration David Weekly's builder and team put into the workmanship and finishes they chose. We were impressed that, even without customer oversight throughout the building process, they didn't cut any corners on the home! When we did go under contract, the team seamlessly integrated us into the final parts of their process, as if we'd been along for the build the entire time. We've loved our home and the experience we've had with everyone at David Weekly!

All I can say is.....laurel and Bradley knocked it out of the park. They have been with me through every step. I can only give them both 5 stars. They both have been wonderful!

Better than we imagined!

Our experience building with David Weekley Homes was absolutely amazing! Our entire DWH team exceeded our expectations; even when issues arose, they were always responsive, courteous, and truly valued customer service. We had weekly check-ins which were extremely informative, and we even received photos of the home's progress! We absolutely love our new home and highly recommend David Weekley Homes! The entire experience was a very positive one! From the initial dealing with the sales office, thru design and the construction process, communication was good and all personnel involved were responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend this builder to anyone.
