My family and I chose Lakes at Creekside due to its location, we get the best of all worlds. LAC is located exactly halfway between mine and my husband’s offices, our kids have the privilege of attending highly sought after Tomball ISD, and we have all the amenities, The Woodlands area has to offer, right at our back doorstep. Once we decided on the location, choosing David Weekley Homes, as our builder, was a no-brainer. Having previously built a house, with another builder, we knew exactly what we wanted (and didn’t want) this time around, and David Weekley covered all bases, and then some. The craftsmanship, the value, the energy efficiency, and the attention to detail has far exceeded our expectations. If we ever leave this home, we will build with David Weekley again; our sales consultant, Julie Stevenson, was also nothing short of amazing to work with, she is extremely diligent, and made the entire process run seamlessly.

I wanted to personally send you an email to tell you how pleased my husband and I are with our new home, Lead Builder Jenn Walters and Sales Consultant Sandy Frymire.

From the initial phase of signing the contract up until the closing of our home, Jenn and Sandy were very involved and always there to assist with questions and provide timely answers.

My husband has been in the construction industry for 35 years, and we had no issues when we went through our final walk through. In all of his years in construction, he has never come across anyone as professional and caring about their job as Sandy and Jenn. You certainly should consider them very valuable assets to your company.

Our experience with Jenn and Sandy has truly made us look to no other home builder besides David Weekley Homes!

I am writing on behalf of one your Builders, Thomas Irvin. He built our new David Weekley home in South Jordan, Utah. I am an interior designer and Thomas went out of his way to make sure things were to the high standards that I am accustomed to.

Throughout my entire home building experience, he has shown me nothing but these traits, providing exceptional Customer Service. From his job knowledge to personal experiences and understanding my concerns to his genuine attitude he has for wanting the Customer to love their home, Ryan has truly gone above and beyond.

Throughout the past seven months, it didn’t matter how minor or major the issue or concern was, Ryan ensured it was taken care of. Even after we closed he continued to follow up with me, making sure I was happy with the home.

At the beginning of this process, we had a hiccup that made me a bit nervous on how everything would turn out. Ryan turned that completely around and I couldn't be more in love with my home. I can't speak for any of the other Builders you have, but if there is ever a time someone needs guidance, Ryan Shoaf is the answer.

We are writing this letter of recognition for Kirin Kelly, our Sales Consultant, and the highly professional, efficient and enthusiastic service she provided in the recent purchase of our home. It was a pleasure working with Kirin, whose personal attention to detail was evident during every step of the buying process. When we did not think we would be able to make the purchase work due to our previous home not selling, she kept a positive attitude and stepped up to do everything in her power to help us reach our goal! Kirin quickly responded to questions via phone or email, and followed up on every step with us. Her compassion and professionalism were stellar!

We would also like to recognize Hector Saldana, our Senior Builder, who took care of our home, making sure everything was set up for us when we moved in. He followed up with us many times to ensure we were happy with every aspect of our new David Weekley home.

We really enjoyed working with both Kirin and Hector!

I believe the success of any organization, business, or Team depends on the quality of the interactions and the quality of each decision. I can honestly say my experience with your Team in both areas has been terrific!

I have appreciated Pat Stevenson, your Sales Consultant at the Village of Belmont Park, going above and beyond answering numerous questions from me and assisting me beyond the purchase of the home. Recently, David Bourbonnais and Alan Beatty helped with an urgent matter concerning a light fixture in my home and both were not only responsive but took action on my behalf. It was really my problem, but they stepped up and helped me bring a resolution quickly.

These folks are terrific Team players and I appreciated their help during my time living in the community!

I want to say how impressed I am with the way Warranty Service Representative Scott Standridge handled our issues in our new home. He has been thorough and on top of our problems since day one. His follow through is to be commended. I wish we had more Scott’s in the work force today! I praise your company for hiring a Team Member like Scott and turning my dream home into a reality.

I wanted to take the opportunity to express our appreciation to your company for your commitment to excellence in the building of our new home. We purchased our home in Liberty Branch in December of 2018. The process was exciting and at times stressful, however, our Builder Tyson Kunz put us at ease throughout the entire process. He worked diligently to accommodate our needs and helped us include upgrades that were important to us.

I always felt that Tyson was willing and ready to meet with me, especially since I had so many different types of requests to truly make our home our own. We were able to add beautiful stonework and upgrade our interior with fabulous tile.

Tyson also helped us understand the construction process in a way that made sense and was logical. Tyson is a true professional. He understood my desire for perfection and delivered on his promises. If I had to build again, I would have to make sure that Tyson was our direct Builder!

My name is Donna Noesges, and my daughter, Kristy Noesges, just closed on her David Weekley home in Daniel Park – Ponte Vedra, Florida. Kristy is active military so I oversaw almost everything and I’m now living in her home.

Adrian Shepherd, our Senior Sales Consultant, and Adam Ross, our Senior Builder, were absolutely wonderful. They went beyond what would be expected of both positions. Weekly meetings over the phone and tons of pictures and videos helped so much as Kristy is based in Maryland and I’m unable to drive.

I felt this letter was extremely important to tell you about some of the fantastic people working for you. Adrian and Adam are keepers!
