Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Experience - Great Home! We ended up buying a house that was completed. We didn't get everything we wanted, but new we could do some of the updates after the purchase. The house had many upgrades already done that made this a great buy. After three months in the house, we have to say the quality of the house has been great. All of our pre-purchase items were taken care of promptly. This is our fourth new home and the quality to this point has been above all the others.

I tagged along with family members who were planning to build in my location, and I was super impressed with the model homes. Their sales consultant, Tammy, was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and guided my family members through the building process. Fast forward one year when several homes popped up on the market and Tammy helped me find just the right fit for me. She kept me informed, explained my options, made sure I was happy with my choices, and then got me the house I wanted. I was surround by a team of professionals including Jermain, my builder/construction manager, who is extremely knowledgeable and attentive to details; and Matt, my warranty service representative, who did and outstanding job of explaining all thing warranty related. I am super impressed with the building materials used in construction, my home's layout and design, and my location. I have a beautiful view of a lake and walking trail right in my backyard.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from House Building Experience Working with Jermain Sherman was a great pleasure; he was true to his word and delivered everything as promised and on time. Jermain is very knowledgeable, professional, and respectful. If I had to build a house with David Weekley Homes again, I would specifically ask to work with no one else but Jermain. I gave four stars because David Weekley Homes management was not flexible in negotiating a couple of reasonable requests.

The team of David Weekley homes explained everything that I need to know about my new home and I'm very grateful for that. I just have a question about the patio. I know that some homes can place a patio furniture. I just wondering if I can do that.

After move-in the warranty team raised the bar even higher and answered all our questions and eased any concerns no matter how small. The DW team is so customer focused and no ask is too big. They make you feel valued and not to mention, know how to create an amazing home! We are in love with our Brayburn Trails neighborhood and home.
