Broadview Place Sales Gallery Grand Opening in Buckhead
Sales gallery set to open September 26
Atlanta, GA (September 20, 2016): Broadview Place announces the grand opening of its sales gallery in Buckhead on Monday, September 26. The sales gallery is centrally located in the corner suite of Lindbergh Plaza within a block of the future community.
Broadview Place will feature three and four-story single-family homes by Central Living by David Weekley Homes on 25- and 30-foot homesites. Edward Andrews Homes will be building 33 townhomes on 16-foot homesites. All homes will feature a private garage, modern open-concept floor plan, and a terrace or small semi-private yard. There’s even a common greenspace for all residents to enjoy.
Broadview Place is located in walking distance to local restaurants, shopping and more. In the future, the community will have access to PATH400 Greenway Trail, a 5.2-mile multi-use path for cycling, skating, walking and running that will connect parks, trails, schools and communities to Buckhead. There’s also several area parks within two miles.
The community also offers convenient access to GA-400, I-85 and I-75, with downtown Atlanta just three miles away. And, the nearby MARTA station puts midtown, downtown and the airport within “walking” distance, too. Broadview Place features nearby upscale shopping at The Shops Buckhead Atlanta and a variety of dining options, as well as proximity to attractions including the Georgia Aquarium, World of Coca-Cola, Zoo Atlanta, Atlanta Cyclorama & Civil War Museum and sporting venues. Students attend Atlanta Public Schools, including Garden Hills Elementary School and North Atlanta High School.
The sales gallery, located at 720 Morosgo Drive, Suite 130 in the Lindbergh Plaza shopping center behind Home Depot and directly across from Elan Lindbergh, will feature pre-sale information, drone videos, 3-D models, attraction maps and much more. Sales consultants will be available to meet with potential homebuyers from 10 a.m.-6 p.m.
