Dallas, TX (August 29, 2016): Central Living by David Weekley Homes, the high-density division of David Weekley Homes that builds luxury homes in prime locations, recently broke ground on HighGrove at West Kessler Heights, a new community located in north Oak Cliff bordering Kessler Park and Stevens Park and across the street from Winnetka Heights.
