The Trinity model home will offer three bedrooms, two full baths, one half bath and a front-load, two-car garage. The 2,900-square-foot home will include a covered porch, retreat area and Owner’s Retreat featuring a private balcony and stand-alone tub. The model home is expected to be open for tours in late January.
Located off South Boulevard in the Sedgefield area of Charlotte, Belton Street will feature two-story paired villas and single-family homes. Homebuyers can select from six floor plans in the paired villas series, ranging from 2,500 to 3,100 square feet. Single-family homes will feature a variety of open floor plans with 10-foot ceilings and large kitchens.
Residents will be in walking distance to grocery stores, dining and entertainment and the LYNX Light Rail, connecting residents to Uptown Charlotte and South End. Belton Street is also convenient to I-277, I-77 and Charlotte Douglas International Airport. Students attend Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools, including Myers Park High School.
