Jacksonville, FL (March 21, 2018): Central Living by David Weekley Homes, the high-density division of David Weekley Homes featuring luxury living in prime locations, will soon be offering new homes in the Southeast Jacksonville community of Tidal Pointe at Southside Quarter.
A total of 135 new homes will be available in two new series: Townhomes and Courtyard Homes. The community will include 89 townhomes and 46 single-family, detached Courtyard Homes. Floor plans for the single-family, detached homes will range from 2,000 to 2,100 square feet, with townhomes ranging between 1,500 to 2,000 square feet.
Central Living by David Weekley Homes will soon begin construction on three model homes, including The Woodsmoke, a single-family detached home, and townhomes The Hester and The Latitude. Amenities for Tidal Pointe at Southside Quarter will include a pool, cabana, and walkability to local shopping, dining and entertainment. The models are scheduled to open for sales in late spring.
