Village at Spring Branch Now Open for Sales
Houston, TX (September 15, 2015): Sales have officially begun in the largest community to-date from Central Living by David Weekley Homes, Village at Spring Branch. Featuring more than 100 buying opportunities, the highly-anticipated Village at Spring Branch offers three series of floor plans, with prices starting from $425s. Since opening on Saturday, September 12, eight homes have been sold so far.
Located at Long Point Road and Hillendahl Boulevard, Village at Spring Branch includes three-story city homes and two- to three-story estate and garden homes. Three model homes are scheduled to be open for daily tours in late 2015.
Buyers can choose from four city home floor plans, ranging in size from 2,200 to 2,300 square feet, and starting from the $425s. Weekley’s garden collection features four floor plans from 2,200 to 2,500 square feet, with prices starting from the $525s. The community’s largest floor plans, the estate series, includes six floor plans, starting from the $640s and offers 2,600 to 3,800 square feet.
Village at Spring Branch will offer a resident-only pool and cabana, and convenient access to nearby shopping, dining and entertainment at CityCentre and The Galleria. The community is also easily accessible to I-10 and Beltway 8, as well as major employers in downtown and the Energy Corridor.
