Sanctuary at Valley Oaks Set to Open in Early 2016

Houston, TX (December 9, 2015): Central Living by David Weekley Homes, the nation’s largest privately-held builder, is proud to announce another addition to its Spring Branch offerings with a new community coming soon: Sanctuary at Valley Oaks.

Located off Bingle Road, just south of Long Point Road, Sanctuary at Valley Oaks will feature 34 free-standing, single-family homes. The four different floor plan options will include options for an upstairs bonus room and outdoor yard space.

Sanctuary at Valley Oaks is expected to open for sales in early 2016, with prices starting from the mid $500s.
