Construction Underway in Community of Broadview Place
Central Living by David Weekley Homes Now Building in Buckhead
Atlanta, GA (May 4, 2017): Central Living by David Weekley Homes, the high-density division of David Weekley Homes, recently hosted hard hat tour events in the Buckhead community of Broadview Place. This was an exclusive opportunity for potential homebuyers to get a sneak peek at homes currently under construction.
Broadview Place features a total of 95 three and four-story single-family homes by Central Living by David Weekley Homes on 25- and 30-foot homesites. Homes in the Terrace series begin in the $520s with plans ranging from 1,800-2,800 square feet, while the Manor series begins in the $545s with floor plans from 1,900-2,700 square feet.
Thirteen showcase homes are planned in the first release of construction with several expected to be complete and ready for move in in mid to late summer. All homes feature a private garage and open-concept floor plans with options for rooftop decks offering skyline views, city room, elevators and more. There’s also a common greenspace for all residents to enjoy.
Broadview Place is located in walking distance to local restaurants, shopping and more. In the future, the community will have access to PATH400 Greenway Trail, a 5.2-mile multi-use path for cycling, skating, walking and running that will connect parks, trails, schools and communities to Buckhead. There’s also several area parks within two miles of the community.
The community also provides convenient access to GA-400, I-85 and I-75, with downtown Atlanta just three miles away. And, the nearby MARTA station puts midtown, downtown and the airport within “walking” distance, too. Broadview Place also offers nearby upscale shopping at The Shops Buckhead Atlanta and a variety of dining options. There’s even a variety of local attractions to enjoy such as Georgia Aquarium, World of Coca-Cola, Zoo Atlanta, Atlanta Cyclorama & Civil War Museum and sporting venues. Students attend Atlanta Public Schools, including Garden Hills Elementary School and North Atlanta High School.
The sales gallery, located at 720 Morosgo Drive, Suite 130 in the Lindbergh Plaza shopping center behind Home Depot and directly across from Elan Lindbergh, features videos, 3-D models, attraction maps and much more. Sales consultants are available to meet with potential homebuyers from 10 a.m.-6 p.m.
