Through a series of evaluations, one-on-one discussions, formalized feedback instruments, coaching sessions and action plans, the unique platform allows David Weekley Homes to analyze supplier performance across all industries. The National Trading Partner Survey measures access, communication, timeliness, reliability, follow-through, confidence levels and other areas important to the business relationship. The quarterly survey is a detailed review of David Weekley Homes’ supplier performance as assessed by approximately 600 Team Members from all levels within the company, and provides our trading partners an opportunity to review and improve their channel alignment and performance.
