David Weekley Homes Announces Opening of Four Model Homes in Spring Lake at Celebration

ORLANDO, FL (January 9, 2014): David Weekley Homes, the nation’s largest privately-held home builder announces the grand opening of four model homes in the sought-after community of Spring Lake at Celebration.

The company is developing 261 homesites on 39 acres in Celebration, Florida’s newest single-family home section. There, Weekley offers four distinct products in Spring Lake at Celebration: Townhomes (1,600-1,800 square feet); Villas (2,100-2,200 square feet); Bungalows (1,700-2,200 square feet); and Gardens (2,000-2,700 square feet). Prices range from the $275s to over $400. Weekley started selling homes in the second quarter of 2013.
