DAVID WEEKLEY HOMES BREAKS GROUND AT OAK PARK
DALLAS, TX (August 6, 2015): Central Living by David Weekley Homes has broken ground on Oak Park in Dallas.
Located just west of the Dallas North Tollway, Oak Park will offer 150 homesites in four phases. The first phase will include a mix of two- and three-story detached townhomes one block east of Lemmon Avenue, between the Dallas North Tollway and Inwood Road. The single-family townhomes will range in size from 1,700 to 3,200 square feet, with downstairs owner’s retreat options and two-car garages.
