SAN ANTONIO, TX (September 9, 2014): David Weekley will soon begin building 46 homes in The Garden at Urban Crest, San Antonio’s first high-density product. The home builder broke ground in the new community on August 29th.
David Weekley built its first Central Living high-density home product in Houston and is excited to bring this distinctive product to San Antonio. The Garden at Urban Crest, located at 3819 Harry Wurzbach Road, is the first of many high-density communities planned for the area.
Homes in this community will start from the high $300s and range in size from 1,600 to 2,600 sq. ft. Homebuyers will have two- and three-story floor plans to choose from, including some with elevator options. The community is located within the North East ISD and is near dining and entertainment, and shopping at The Shops at Lincoln Heights, Alamo Quarry Market, Central Market and North Star Mall.
