David Weekley Homes Breaks Ground in Gold Hill Mesa
Colorado Springs, CO (August 17, 2017): David Weekley Homes, the nation’s largest privately-held builder, broke ground in Gold Hill Mesa. The builder will bring 16 homesites to this established master-planned community. David Weekley Homes continues to grow in the Colorado Springs area with another coming soon community, Eastridge at Meridian Ranch, located just east of Colorado Springs in Peyton.
Gold Hill Mesa will offer single-family homes situated on homesites ranging from 40 to 55 feet wide. The model home under construction, The Vermillion, will showcase 3,000 square feet of living space with four bedrooms, three full baths, one half bath, a two-car garage and a finished basement.
