Rosecliff to Open Summer 2015
Charlotte, NC (May 6, 2015): David Weekley Homes, the nation’s largest privately-held home builder, will soon begin building their high-end, Custom Classics™ homes in Rosecliff. Located 12 miles south of Charlotte in the Marvin area, Rosecliff will be within walking distance to Marvin Ridge Middle and High schools and will be subject to low Union County taxes.
Rosecliff will feature 43 homes with old English cottage-style, French Provincial and traditional elevations with all-brick exteriors, situated on nearly half-acre homesites. David Weekley’s seven one- and two-story floor plans will range in size from 3,300 to more than 4,600 square feet.
Construction in Rosecliff has already begun on a showcase home, The Greenbush. This 4,000, two-story home will offer four bedrooms, including an expansive owner’s retreat, four full baths, one half bath, three-car garage, guest suite, study, gourmetkitchen with walk-through pantry to the dining room, family room and a covered porch.
David Weekley Homes has begun construction of The Richwood, which will be ready for a late summer move in, featuring a two-story family room, study, guest suite, retreat and deck within 3,400 square feet.
Construction on the fully-furnished model, is slated to begin in mid May. Rosecliff will be open for sales in June 2015.
