Final Phase Open for Sales in Spring Lake at Celebration
Orlando, FL (November 24, 2015): With 11 homes sold in Phase 3 of Spring Lake at Celebration, David Weekley Homes is on its way to closing out the historic community of Celebration, located in Osceola County. Just over 70 homes remain in the final phase, with Weekley offering four series of homes, ranging in size from 1,600 to 2,700 square feet.
Originally developed by The Celebration Company, a subsidiary of the Walt Disney Company, David Weekley Homes initially entered the community in 1996 as the first home builder selected for the community, building 800 homes by 2005.
In 2012, Weekley Homes re-launched into Celebration for the final three phases of this master-planned community with Spring Lake at Celebration. Offering its residents high-density housing in a primarily residential village, Celebration features alley-load garages and sidewalk-lined streets.

Multiple model homes to showcase the available product lines that are open to the public from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday, and 12 to 6 p.m. on Sunday.
