David Weekley Homes Coming Soon to Bonneville Towns

The Nelson model home in Bonneville Towns is currently under construction and is expected to open for tours in late summer.

Priced from the low $400s, Homebuyers can select from two floor plans ranging in size from 1,500-1700 square feet. These townhomes will offer three bedrooms, two full baths, up to one half bath, and two-car garages and two-car parking.

The Nelson model home is currently under construction and is expected to be open for tours late this summer.

The gated community offers convenient access to Mountain View Corridor and downtown Salt Lake City as well as a basketball court, playground, pavilion, picnic table, walking trail and a grassed dry detention pond. Students will attend Granite School District schools.
