Minneapolis, MN (January 23, 2024): David Weekley Homes, one of the largest privately held national home builders, will soon begin building single-family homes in the Maple Grove, MN, community of The Villas at Rush Hollow. The builder expects to open the community for sales in spring 2024.
Weekley will offer 60 homesites within the community. Buyers will be able to select from a variety of one-story, villa-style floor plans that range from 1,500 to 2,000 square feet of living space and will be situated on 50-foot homesites.
Homeowners in The Villas at Rush Hollow will have access to community amenities, including parks, a dog park, a firepit, green spaces and walking trails. Residents will also be close to Elm Creek Park Reserve, shopping, dining and entertainment. Students will attend ISD 279-Osseo Area Schools.
