The nine awards bring the company’s total to more than 760 awards for product design and 1,220 overall. Chosen through the Housing & Building Association of Colorado Springs, the annual Parade of Homes showcases the best homes throughout the Pikes Peak region.
The Vermillion, Weekley’s model home in Gold Hill Mesa was recognized for best owner’s suite, best interior design, best kitchen, best outdoor living, best floor plan, best architectural exterior and best overall home. The model home in Weekley’s Eastridge at Meridian Ranch, The Talameer, received awards for its floor plan and best outdoor living.
