David Weekley Homes Expands Offerings in Harvest
Dallas, TX (September 6, 2017): David Weekley Homes, the nation’s largest privately-held builder, will soon begin building single-family homes in a new section of Harvest. Located north of Dallas in Argyle, the master-planned community of Harvest Townside will offer more manageable homesite options in addition to the current offerings of 50- and 70-foot homesites.
With strong roots in urban agrarianism, Harvest Townside will showcase eight one- and two-story floor plans ranging in size from 1,500 to 2,300 square feet and situated on 40-foot homesites. The model home, The Autumnwood, will feature four bedrooms, four full bathrooms and second-floor bonus room. The fully-furnished model will be available for tours beginning in Q4 2017.
Homeowners in Harvest Townside will have access to nearby greenbelts, pocket parks and hike and bike trails and all of the amenities that Harvest has to offer. This mixed-use development features neighborhood pools, an 11-acre lake and future plans for on-site schools.
