David Weekley Homes Extends Fall Into Savings Incentive
Charlotte, NC (November 13, 2017): David Weekley Homes, the nation’s largest privately-held builder, is extending its incentives on move-in ready, or ready soon, showcase homes in the Charlotte area during the Fall into Savings event between October 26 and November 30, 2017.
Homebuyers who purchase a showcase home in Avignon Town Homes – SouthPark and Carson will receive a $25,000 home discount.
In Waverly, buyers will enjoy a $15,000 home discount on a showcase home, and an Electrolux appliance package. In Eden Hall and Fullwood Station, homebuyers purchasing a move-in ready or ready soon home will receive a $15,000 home discount and a Frigidaire appliance package.
Parkside at Skybrook North, Greenway Village and Massey homebuyers will receive a $10,000 home discount on a showcase home, and a Frigidaire appliance package.
Homebuyers in the Charlotte area can receive an additional 1% of the total loan amount – up to $10,000 – toward closing costs when they use one of the builder’s preferred lenders to purchase their new home.
David Weekley Homes is currently building in 10 communities throughout the Charlotte area, including Matthews, Fort Mill, Huntersville and several central Charlotte communities. Prices range from the $280s to $1 million+.
