David Weekley Homes is Coming Soon to Persimmon Park
Tampa, FL (February 25, 2020): David Weekley Homes, the nation’s largest privately-held builder, will soon begin building in Persimmon Park, located within the Wesley Chapel community of Wiregrass Ranch. The builder broke ground on a model home this month.
Persimmon Park will provide buyers with two distinct series of homes. The Garden Series will offer open-concept homes situated on 40-foot homesites and featuring front-load garages. The homes in the builder’s Cottage Series will include rear-load garage floor plans situated on 45-foot homesites.
From the Cottage Series, The Mapleton model home will showcase three bedrooms, two full baths, a two-car garage and a study. This one-story home will offer 2,000 square feet of living space. Construction on the two-story Redwing model home from the Garden Series is expected to begin in March
Residents in Persimmon Park will have access to a pool, cabana and dog park, as well as nearby shopping, dining and recreation at The Shops at Wiregrass. The community will provide convenient access to St. Petersburg and Tampa via I-75. Students will attend highly regarded Pasco County Schools, including Wiregrass Ranch High School.
