Atlanta, GA (August 3, 2017): David Weekley Homes, the nation’s largest private home builder, is currently offering special incentives in the Atlanta-area community of Broadview Place with its Fall Into Savings promotion.
From August 1 to September 30, 2017, homebuyers will receive $15,000 in flex dollars that can be used toward decorator selections, closing costs or as a home discount when they purchase a move-in ready, or ready soon, showcase home in Broadview Place Manor or Broadview Place Terrace.
Homebuyers are encouraged to visit the Broadview Place sales gallery, located at 720 Morosgo Drive, Suite 130 and close to 690 Lindbergh Drive, to view videos, 3-D models, attraction maps and learn more about this offer. Beginning in September, Homebuyers can visit the sales gallery onsite by using the Broadview Place community entrance off of Adina Drive.
Located in Buckhead and priced from the mid $500s, homes in Broadview Place feature craftsman-style exteriors and nine distinct floor plans ranging in size from 1,800–2,800 square feet with three to four bedrooms, three to four full baths within three- or four-story homes. Broadview Place is within walking distance to local restaurants, shopping and more. In the future, the community will have access to PATH400 Greenway Trail, a 5.2-mile multi-use path for cycling, skating, walking and running that will connect parks, trails, schools and communities to Buckhead.
