David Weekley Homes Opens Model at Greenway Village Cottage Collection

From the builder’s Cottage Collection, the 2,745-square foot Luella model is a three-story, single-family home with three bedrooms, two full baths, one half bath and a two-car garage, and is open daily for tours.
The Luella is one of three Cottage Collection floor plans, which range from 1,900 to 2,900 square feet with two or three stories. These single-family homes provide three to four bedrooms and front-loading garages.
David Weekley Homes is also building townhomes in Greenway Village and will transition to a townhome model this summer. Prices for the Greenway Village Townhome Collection start from the $330s.
Weekley’s Greenway Village Townhome Collection features five two- and three-story floor plans, with each townhome offering three to four bedrooms. These homes range from 2,100 to 3,100 square feet and include front-loading garages. Townhomes will be ready in July for move in.
