David Weekley Homes Opens Models in The Villas at Saxony
Indianapolis, IN (December 15, 2016): David Weekley Homes, the nation’s largest privately-held builder, recently opened a model home in the Fisher community of The Villas at Saxony.
The three-story Alamanni offers nearly 2,300 square feet of living space with an optional third floor game room. The first floor features an open-concept floor plan with 10-foot ceilings and nine foot ceilings on the second and third floors.
This intimate community of 75 homesites, located at 131st Street and Minden Drive, uses smart growth principles of New Urbanism, offering walkability between homes, green spaces and businesses, including restaurants and entertainment.
Priced from the $290s, homebuyers can choose from two- and three-story single-family homes. The seven floor plans range in size from 2,000-2,500 square feet in size, and offer three to four bedrooms, three or four full baths and two-car rear load garages. Lawn maintenance and snow removal are included in homeowner association dues.
Residents have access to the 20-acre Saxony Lake with public beach, green spaces, outdoor courtyard, natural wooded areas and walking paths. The community is convenient to I-69 and I-465 and in proximity to Geist Reservoir for fishing and boating and nearby Klipsch Music Center. Students attend Hamilton Southeastern Schools.
The model home is located at 13233 131st Street in Fishers and is open for tours Monday-Saturday, 10 a.m.-6 p.m. and Sundays, noon-6 p.m. For more information about The Villas at Saxony, call 317-669-8630.
