David Weekley Homes Opens New Design Center in Atlanta

Atlanta, GA (September 20, 2017): David Weekley Homes, the nation’s largest privately-held home builder, announces the grand opening of its new Design Center. A special event was held for real estate agents and industry partners, as well as a Homeowner Preview Night to mark the occasion.

Located in Lakeside Building B, the Design Center features 2,600 square feet of fixtures, flooring, cabinetry, countertops and more for homebuyers to personalize their new home.

As part of the home buying process, David Weekley Homes customers are paired with a professional design consultant and are able to tour room after room featuring thousands of Custom ChoicesTM to truly make their new home their own. Buyers can choose from a variety of appliance brands and a large selection of flooring, including trending items like tile flooring resembling hardwood.

The open space of the Design Center features a clean and modern feel, showcasing the latest trends and products. To help buyers, there are four kitchen vignettes to showcase design ideas and products in different styles such as modern, transitional, farmhouse and mid-century modern.

The new Design Center is located at 5775 Glenridge Drive NE, Building B, Suite 150 in Atlanta and is open by appointment Monday through Friday. The company’s local division office also relocated to Lakeside Building B in Suite 210.
