David Weekley Homes Opens New Model Home in Bexley
Tampa, FL (November 15, 2018): David Weekley Homes, the nation’s largest privately-held builder, has opened its second model home in the Land O’ Lakes community of Bexley. Located northeast of Tampa, The Tangelo showcases the builder’s Village Series homes, starting from the $385s.
Open daily for tours, the single-story Tangelo features four bedrooms, three full baths, two half baths and a three-car garage within 3,000 square feet. The Tangelo is one of five floor plans from Weekley’s Village Series, which range from 2,700 to 3,300 square feet and are situated on 60-foot homesites.
The builder’s other series within Bexley, the Cottage Series, offers five floor plans, ranging in size from 2,300 to 2,800 square feet and are situated on 50-foot homesites. The Manor Series is under construction and will be available for sales beginning in winter 2018.
