David Weekley Homes Participating in Sienna Plantation's Friends & Family Tour
Houston, TX (October 2, 2018): David Weekley Homes, the nation’s largest privately-held home builder, is participating in the master-planned community of Sienna Plantation’s Friends & Family Home Tour on Saturday, October 6, from 4:30-9:30 p.m. The community-wide event will feature tours of Quick Move-in homes, free Parisian street fair and activities.
David Weekley Homes was one of the original builders in the community and is currently building in three sections: Leafwing Meadow 34’, Leafwing Meadow 45’ and Sawmill Lake Classic Series. Attendees will have an opportunity to tour Weekley’s model homes in Sawmill Lake showcasing the latest in design and décor trends, as well as three Quick Move-in homes from the builder priced from the $400s. In addition, seven Quick Move-in homes in Leafwing Meadow 34’ and 45’will be open for tours.
Situated on 10,000 acres in Missouri City, Sienna Plantation amenities include two amenity centers, two water parks with slides, hiking and biking trails, fitness center, event lawn, 18-hole golf course and full-service restaurant within the community. The community now offers a new entrance off FM 521 and is in close proximity to the Fort Bend Toll Road. Students attend Fort Bend ISD schools, including Ridge Point High School.
