DAVID WEEKLEY HOMES TO BEGIN BUILDING IN VININGS BROOKE
Atlanta, GA (February 24, 2015): David Weekley Homes, the nation’s largest privately-held home builder, will soon add more award-winning homes to the Atlanta area in Vinings Brooke. Located on the south side of historic Cobb County, Vinings Brooke will feature 36 homes, ranging in size from 2,700 to more than 3,500 square feet, and starting from the mid $400s.
Buyers in Vinings Brooke will be able to choose from six floor plans with both upstairs and downstairs owner’s retreat options. These homes will feature Craftsman-influenced exteriors, with at least one Ranch-style floor plan, and include three to six bedrooms, three to six full baths, three-car garages and optional basements. A fully-furnished model of the floor plan, The Harlingen, is currently under construction and should open to the public in April.
Each of the available floor plans in Vinings Brooke will feature open-concept living in the kitchen, dining area and family room, all of which are located at the rear of the home, overlooking the backyard. The kitchens also include David Weekley Homes’ signature large island. Options to enhance some floor plans will include additional bedrooms and bathrooms, outdoor patios, game rooms, media rooms and more.
