Minneapolis, MN (September 4, 2019): David Weekley Homes, the nation’s largest privately-held builder, is hosting a grand opening event in the Dayton community of Brayburn Trails on Saturday, October 12, 2019. The fall-themed event will take place from noon to 5 p.m. at 11612 Brayburn Trail.
At the event, visitors can tour the new, fully-furnished model home, The Ontario, and learn more about the community while enjoying food, drinks, an onsite pumpkin patch, face painting and chance to win prizes.
The community of Brayburn Trails will include 256 single-family homes situated on 50- and 65-foot homesites, some backing up to wetland, ponds, golf courses and open space. Homebuyers will be able to choose from five floor plans ranging in size from 2,400 to 4,500 square feet with options for finished basements that include a game room, bedroom and full bath.
Amenities include more than 75 acres of natural preserve and the Dayton Greenway Corridor Trail System throughout the community. Residents will also be in proximity to Sundance Golf Club and Elm Creek Park Preserve, which offers outdoor activities like biking, cross country skiing, tubing, fishing and more. The community offers access to Highways 81 and 610 and Interstate 94. Students attend Anoka-Hennepin Schools.
