The Monroe model townhome from David Weekley Homes will be open for tours at the grand opening event on July 21.

At the event, visitors can tour a fully furnished model townhome, The Monroe, and learn more about the community while enjoying food, live music and the chance to win prizes.

In Emory Crossing, homebuyers can select from five floor plans ranging in size between 1,900 to 2,250 square feet of living space. The two-story townhomes include two to three bedrooms, two full baths, one half bath and two-car garages.
