These latest accolades bring the company’s total to more than 810 awards for product design and 1,335 overall. Chosen through the Tampa Bay Builders Association, the annual Parade of Homes showcases the best homes throughout the Tampa area.
The model home in Weekley’s Bexley – Manor Series, The Grenada, received a silver award for the $750,000 – $799,000 price point. The Serefina, the builder’s model home in Waterset Cottage Series, also earned a silver award in the $450,000 – $499,000 category.
