Houston, TX (April 25, 2024): David Weekley Homes, one of the largest privately held national home builders, is proud to have won five awards during the recent Dallas Builders Association (DBA) 2024 McSAM Awards. These accolades bring the company’s total to more than 850 awards for product design and more than 1,500 overall.
“We’re thrilled to be recognized with multiple honors from the McSAM Awards,” said Ken McDonald, region president for Dallas/Ft. David Weekley Homes was recognized with Best Architectural Design for The Bassett in Karis in the 2,000-3,000 square feet category. The Camborne model home in The Retreat at Harvest won Best Interior Merchandising in the Patio Home category, and The Hastin was recognized for Best Interior Merchandising in the sales price between $450,000-$600,000 category. Senior Sales Consultant Carla Sanders was named Sales Professional of the Year with an average sales price between $450,000-$600,000, and Senior Internet Advisor Kelly Osborn was named Online Sales Counselor of the Year.
The McSAM Awards were created in 1979 by the Sales and Marketing Council of the DBA in recognition of sales and marketing excellence. The prestigious McSAM Awards are given to builders, developers and associates who have made a significant and creative contribution to residential marketing through specific achievements during the previous year.
