Tampa, FL (April 18, 2024): David Weekley Homes, one of the largest privately held national home builders, was recognized with two awards at the 2024 Tampa Bay Builders Association’s Parade of Homes. These awards bring the company’s total to more than 850 awards for product design and more than 1,480 overall.
David Weekley Homes took home two Grand Awards, one in the $500,000 to $549,000 category for The Lennox model home in Persimmon Park and one in the $600,000 to $649,000 category for The Rivergate model home in Waterset.
