David Weekley Homes Wins Parade of Homes Awards
Tampa, FL (March 31, 2025): David Weekley Homes, one of the largest privately held national home builders, was recognized with two awards at the 2025 Suncoast Builders Association’s Parade of Homes. These awards bring the company’s total to more than 885 awards for product design and more than 1,550 overall.
The Sanborn, Weekley’s model home in North River Ranch, was recognized as Best Overall single-family home for category 6. In the community of Emerald Landing at Waterside at Lakewood Ranch – City Homes, the builder’s model home, The Coastline, was named Best Overall multi-family more than 4 units.
