Dallas, TX (April 14, 2022): David Weekley Homes, one of the largest privately held national home builders, is proud to have won three awards during the recent Dallas Builders Association (DBA) 2022 McSAM Awards. These accolades bring the company’s total to more than 840 awards for product design and more than 1,400 overall.

Lead Sales Consultant Brandi Leo won the Rookie of the Year award and Senior Sales Consultant Carla Sanders was awarded Sales Professional of the Year with an average sales price between $500,000-$600,000. Weekley has also previously been named Builder of the Year and People’s Choice Builder of the Year.

The McSAM Awards were created in 1979 by the Sales and Marketing Council of the DBA in recognition of sales and marketing excellence. The prestigious McSAM Awards are given to builders, developers and associates who have made a significant and creative contribution to residential marketing through specific achievements during the previous year.
