SAN ANTONIO, TX (August 25, 2015): Two new model homes by David Weekley are now open for tours at The Crossvine in Schertz. The Kepley and The Rankin model homes are located in The Crossvine’s 50- and 60-foot sections, respectively.
The Kepley floor plan is a one-story home with four bedrooms, two full baths and a half bath within 2,100 square feet. The Rankin plan offers 2,800 square feet of living space on two levels with four bedrooms, three full baths and a half bath.
Located just northeast of San Antonio, The Crossvine is a mixed-use, master-planned community adjacent to Randolph Air Force Base.
David Weekley homes on 50-foot homesites are priced from the $230s; homes on 60-foot homesites are priced from the $300s.
The builder is now selling in The Crossvine 70’. Homes on 70-foot homesites are priced from the $380s and range in size from 2,700 to 3,800 square feet.
The Crossvine amenities include hiking and biking trails, parks and an amenity center with a resort-style swimming pool, a wading pool for kids and a shaded pavilion. Homebuyers enjoy shopping, dining and entertainment at The Forum and Town Center. Students attend Schertz-Cibolo-Universal City ISD schools.
