DAVID WEEKLEY TEAM MEMBERS DONATE ITEMS
TO ORGANIZATIONS DURING THE HOLIDAYS
DENVER, CO (December 30, 2015): The David Weekley Homes Denver Team made the holidays a little brighter for families in the area by partnering with the Denver Rescue Mission and Children’s Hospital Colorado. As part of the company’s CARE program, Team Members donated items to help those in need.
During the two-week drive, hygiene items such as soap, toothbrushes, toothpaste and wet wipes, along with wool socks were collected and then donated to families and individuals who are assisted by the Denver Rescue Mission, a nonprofit organization dedicated to serving the needs of the homeless and needy in the Denver metro area.
In addition, Team Members also “adopted” two families for the holidays through Children’s Hospital Colorado, providing gifts for the children, along with needed items for the families like pots and pans and gas cards.
Through the company’s CARE program, Team Members, homeowners, homebuyers, community partners and vendors work with various organizations to make a significant impact in communities. Over the past 20 years, The David Weekley Family Foundation has donated more than $100 million to worthy causes.
