Charlotte, NC (June 25, 2024): Encore by David Weekley Homes, the 55+ lifestyle division of David Weekley Homes, is excited to announce the grand opening of the new amenity center called The Landing in Encore at Streamside near Waxhaw.
The new, state-of-the-art facility includes a resort-style pool, social area with fire pits, a bar pavilion, three pickleball courts, a yoga studio, and fitness center with treadmills, ellipticals, bikes, rowers, weights and strength training stations.
