Atlanta, GA (September 15, 2020): Encore by David Weekley Homes, the 55+ active adult lifestyle division of David Weekley Homes, has broken ground on its newest active adult community in the Atlanta area with The Retreat at Sterling on the Lake in the master-planned community of Sterling on the Lake by Newland. The first 20 homesites will be released on October 31.

Located in Hall County's Flowery Branch, The Retreat at Sterling on the Lake will showcase 214 homes designed exclusively for 55+ homebuyers. These low-maintenance, one-story homes will incorporate a lifestyle-driven approach to home design with ample customization options. Buyers will be able to choose from 12 floor plans ranging from nearly 1,700 to 2,700 square feet in size with options to add a second floor. Lawn care maintenance is included with HOA dues.
