CYPRESS, TX (November 1, 2012): Bridgeland and The Woodlands, two of the top-selling master-planned communities in Texas, will be donating $100 to Habitat for Humanity for each home sold between November 1 and December 31, 2012. In addition, both communities will offer homebuyers a $2,000 gift card as part of the Holiday Countdown incentive when they purchase a home in the same time period.

Habitat’s mission is to eliminate poverty housing by building decent, affordable homes in partnership with hardworking local families in need. Both communities will donate $100 per sale to the Habitat for Humanity local affiliate that serves their area. Bridgeland will donate to Habitat for Humanity Northwest Harris County and The Woodlands will donate to Montgomery County Habitat for Humanity.

For homebuyers, a $2,000 gift card will be offered for each home sold in either community.
